Disability Claim Contractor | Claim Sourcing Solutions

Professional Disability Associates is seeking experienced disability claim management professionals, who are interested in working remotely from anywhere in the United States or on-site in Portland, Maine with a flexible schedule, to join our Claim Sourcing Solutions team of independent contractors.

As part of the Claims Sourcing Solutions team, you will be assigned to projects based on client needs, which will vary as projects begin and end. This role may include a variety of assignments and projects associated with maintaining PDA’s need to respond to changing business requirements quickly and flexibly.  Incumbents are responsible for the investigation, evaluation and interpretation of disability claims for PDA clients, while providing outstanding customer service, decisive contract analysis and interpretation and utilizing strong communications in interactions with insureds, policyholders, attorneys, physicians and PDA clients.
