Information the Company Collects and How the Information May be Used 

Professional Disability Associates does not automatically collect Personally Identifiable Information about our website visitors.  Any personally identifiable information voluntarily submitted via our inquiry and/or application portals is treated in accordance with the terms below. 

Professional Disability Associates uses Google Analytics for aggregated data reporting in order to understand how visitors engage with our site.  The information collected through the use of Google Analytics includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Professional Disability Associates will not use the information collected to market directly to the user.

Choice/Opt-Out: 

You can opt-out of having making your site activity available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) that is running on our website from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity.

The Company takes your privacy very seriously. Professional Disability Associates does not sell or rent your information to third parties.

No Information Collected from Children:

Professional Disability Associates will never knowingly or intentionally collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If Professional Disability Associates obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from its database. Because it does not knowingly or intentionally collect such information, to the best of the Company’s knowledge and belief, the Company has no such information to use or to disclose to a third party. It is our policy to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and all other applicable laws.
