Nurse Manager

PDA is seeking a Registered Nurse with a combination of skills and experience including management/leadership, evaluation of the medical component of disability claims, as well as a solid background in clinical settings. This role will include supervision of a team of registered nurses and will include spending a quarter of your time performing quality reviews and/or clinical file reviews alongside your team. 

This team is currently comprised of six experienced RNs, who are responsible for providing specialized medical expertise to conduct medical file reviews and/or quality reviews on disability insurance claims. These reviews are done for a specific client or multiple clients, depending on need.

This position is located in our office in Portland, Maine and does allow for partial work from home, but will require at least one to two days of in-office presence per week.
