Shawn brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, sales, marketing, and operations. Shawn spent several years in the hospitality industry after returning from the United States Air Force, where he performed security and law enforcement duties in the Desert Shield/Desert Storm operations. As Chief of Staff, Shawn is responsible for organizing and prioritizing critical initiatives, strategic plans, priorities, and policies.

Michael has experience overseeing claims operations for insurance solutions organizations, ensuring a fully integrated experience for customers, and managing the adjudication of claims across all lines of business, including absence, group disability, waiver of premium, and life.

Mark leads the Brown & Brown Absence Service Group Consulting operation. With over 30 years of industry expertise, Mark delivers disability claim operational insights, process solutions, and claim management expertise by identifying both strategic and tactical improvement opportunities and making specific, actionable recommendations consistent with industry best practices.

Courtney brings 20 years of experience leading marketing, sales, and business development functions within rapidly growing companies. In his 30 years in the industry, he’s had the opportunity to lead claim, contact center, and account management operations for several large disability carriers.

Megan works closely with corporate customers to deliver industry-leading services and provide them with critical benchmarking data and guidance as to how to optimize the results of their SSDI programs. Megan is known for developing customized solutions to meet unique customer needs and building strong, lasting partnerships.

Claire has held a variety of Human Resources (HR) roles for nearly 20 years, including experience leading talent management, employee relations, HR operations, organizational design & effectiveness, performance management, leadership development, talent selection, learning & development, and more in multi-site, multi-state environments. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University Law School.
