Claim Professional Contractor | 100% Remote

Professional Disability Associates is seeking experienced claim management professionals, who are interested in working remotely from anywhere in the United States to join our Claim Sourcing Solutions team of independent contractors.

As part of the Claims Sourcing Solutions team you will be assigned to projects based on customer needs. The timing of your engagement will align with the project and the customer’s needs, and your role may include a variety of assignments, requiring flexibility as PDA’s and the customer’s needs can change. Successful contractors possess superior skills in the areas of claim investigation, decisive interpretation of policy provisions, outstanding customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work directly with insureds, policyholders, attorneys, physicians, and PDA customers. Experience with products within the absence spectrum to include: leave/absence products, STD, LTD, Life Waiver, and Life is preferred.
